An expert network

Expert calls in hours, not days.

Email us a brief. Get a screened shortlist with bookable times the same day, against the two to five days the industry takes. No annual contract, no minimum spend, no credits that expire.

The problem

A $4.9 billion industry that still runs by hand

$50,000

typical annual minimum

A large segment is locked out

Enterprise-only contracts, credits bought upfront, credits that expire. A firm needing six calls a year cannot buy at a $50,000 minimum, so it goes without.

4 people

touch one project

Operations depend on individuals

Every brief passes through four people before anyone contacts an expert. When an associate is away, the context of the project goes with them.

2–5 days

brief to shortlist

Speed decides, yet they are slow

The first credible approach wins the expert, yet requests sit idle overnight, through weekends and across shift changes before outreach begins.

An outdated commercial model, human-dependent operations, and delay in a business where speed is everything.

Services

Four ways to get an answer

Start with a call. Move to a survey or a panel when one conversation will not settle it. Everything is bought per engagement, with no annual commitment behind any of it.

Expert Calls

An hour with someone who has done the job. Screened against your brief, compliance-checked, and bookable the same day you send it.

  • A screened shortlist against your brief
  • Bookable times in your own timezone
  • Recording, transcript and compliance record
  • B2B Surveys

A structured questionnaire put to a targeted group of operators, for when you need a number across a market rather than one person's narrative.

  • Panels

A standing group of operators in one sector, assembled for you and available across a whole mandate instead of re-sourced for every question.

  • Long-term engagements

Continuing access to one expert over weeks or months, for diligence that does not finish in a single call.

What we compete on

Speed

A morning brief returns a shortlist the same day

Outreach begins within minutes, not when an associate next has a free hour. In a business where the first credible approach secures the expert, speed decides who gets the call.

Flexibility

Buy one call if one call is what you need

No annual contract, no minimum spend, no credits that expire. This is the single reason the firms we serve currently go without.

Both are impossible to hold with a conventional operating model, because both are destroyed by human cost and human latency. We sustain them by rebuilding the workflow itself, not by adding AI on top of an associate team.

Compliance

Every engagement leaves a record

Speed is only useful if it survives your compliance review. Ours is built into the workflow rather than bolted onto the end of it.

Compliance flags, disputes and pricing are always decided by a person. Those three never become automatic, at any stage of automation.

  • Restricted-employer and conflict checks

Run before an expert is ever proposed to you, not after a call is booked.

  • Consent captured on the record

Every expert agrees to recording and to the rules of engagement before the call opens.

  • Explicit limits on what may be discussed

Confidentiality and material non-public information rules are stated to the expert up front, every time.

  • A written record of every engagement

Recording, transcript and the full compliance trail, retained and retrievable per call.

Who it’s for

Built for the buyers enterprise minimums lock out

Boutique and mid-tier consulting

Project-driven demand that spikes on a mandate and falls to nothing between them.

Private equity and venture capital

Deal diligence on a deadline, where the shortlist is needed this week, not next.

Corporate strategy, M&A and product

The largest client group in the industry by number of firms, and the one most often priced out.

Pay for the calls you make

We charge what the large networks charge, tiered by how senior the expert is. The difference is that you can buy one call. Prepaid packs at a small discount if you prefer them, and volume agreements for high-volume clients, which are a discount and never a lock-in.

Questions

The ones we actually get asked

You're new. Why should we trust you with a live mandate?

Fair question. The workflow isn't new, even if the company is. Our founder ran it inside an expert network for two years, associate through to senior associate, and the process we've automated is the one he ran by hand. Right now a person reviews every agent step before anything reaches you or an expert. Steps are released from that review only once they've proven accurate across real projects.

Where do the experts come from?

Licensed data sources such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo and ContactOut, alongside our own database, which grows with every project we deliver. We license contact data. We do not scrape it.

What happens if an expert says something they shouldn't?

The rules are stated to every expert before the call opens, calls are recorded and transcribed, and any compliance flag routes to a person rather than an agent. We tell experts plainly that we will not take confidential or material non-public information, and either side can end a conversation that moves toward it.

How fast is “hours”, really?

Outreach begins within minutes of your brief arriving, at any hour. How quickly a shortlist comes back then depends on how fast experts reply, which nobody controls. That wait is theirs, not an associate's queue. We measure brief-to-shortlist time on every project and will tell you ours.

What does a call cost?

Market rate, tiered by how senior the expert is, the same as the large networks charge. The difference is commercial rather than headline price: no annual commitment, no minimum spend, no credits that expire. Send a brief and we'll quote against it.

Send a brief and see what comes back.

There is nothing to sign to find out. Describe what you need to understand and we’ll come back with a screened shortlist and bookable times.
